Zlatko is an exceptional hybrid developed by the Poljodar breeding team. Croatian growers have embraced its unique character — bred through classical non-GMO selection. It stands out for yield, kernel weight, and adaptability to varied central-Croatian soils. Flour from Zlatko is also milled into our own house-brand polenta.
Suits a wide range of arable regions, from Poilovlje to eastern Slavonia. We recommend 72–78 thousand plants per hectare. Excellent performance on grey loam with moderate-intensity agronomy.
